Kristy Hodge Pratt: Founder, Choreographer, Instructor 1963-2018

Kristy began her dance career at the age of 3. When she was 6 years old, her mother opened her own studio- Ann Hodge School of Dance. As a student, she attended conventions and competitions all over the country. She performed all over the area for local community events and for the local theater. She was also showcased in several local commercials. She had the wonderful opportunity to perform on Start Search at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, and Harrah's in Lake Tahoe. After her mother's retirement, she took over the studio and began a new dance chapter in her life. She was able to have the opportunity to take students all over the world to perform and compete. Their travel adventures included LA, NY, Japan, Spain, Greece, Romania, and Russia. Many of her students have continued their dance careers on the professional level. Some have danced on Broadway, in music videos, movies, TV, theme parks (Opryland, Disney & Dollywood), Radio City Music Hall, Barter Theater, professional Dance Companies, and college dance teams. She has also taught at many dance conventions with faculty such as Mia Michaels. She lives in Johnson City with her husband, Scott, and her two children- Dylan Pratt and Kody Rowe.
